Job Description
Job Title: Product Manager & Business Developer Role Summary: Hybrid product and sales leader responsible for steering user experience design, coordinating technical development, and expanding the user base for a vehicle‑infraction management platform. Expectations: - Design and launch user‑centric features that meet market needs. - Ensure high‑quality delivery through rigorous testing and issue tracking. - Deliver measurable commercial growth through demos, prospecting, and contract sign‑ups. - Maintain strong client relationships and continuously improve usability. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Product Strategy & UX/UI** – Conceptualize user journeys; create wireframes and mock‑ups; develop detailed functional specifications; collaborate with the technical PM to translate design into development tickets. 2. **Technical Coordination & QA** – Lead functional testing of new releases; validate defect resolution; manage issue tickets and track progress to delivery. 3. **Client Support & Success** – Handle ticketing; provide day‑to‑day user assistance; capture on‑ground feedback; translate friction points into feature enhancements. 4. **Commercial Development** – Conduct product demos and video pitches; manage the sales pipeline; close new contracts; propose conversion‑boosting initiatives and refine sales strategies. Required Skills: - Strong UX/UI design sense and proficiency in wireframing tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD). - Experience writing functional specifications and managing dev tickets (Jira, Trello). - Functional testing and QA experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - Proven sales acumen: prospecting, demos, closing, and pipeline management. - Basic technical understanding of web/mobile development (does not require coding expertise). - Collaborative mindset, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and results orientation. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or related field. - Certifications beneficial: Product Management (Pragmatic Institute, CSM, CSPO), UX Design (Google UX Design, Nielsen Norman Group), or Sales (HubSpot Sales Enablement).
