Job Description: Job title Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor – Full time Hybrid Role Summary Provide integrated telehealth and face‑to‑face counseling to adult clients, conducting intake assessments, DSM‑5 diagnoses, and therapy session planning while meeting a 30‑hour workweek with 25+ client visits and 5 hours of administrative and supervisory time. Expactations * Full‑time availability (30 hrs/week). * 25+ client visits, 5 hrs administrative and supervisory hours per week. * Hybrid work model: 50% onsite, 50% remote after probation. * Must reside within 45 minutes of the office and be able to work onsite during probation. * Integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care. * Proactive, self‑directed professional who values autonomy and teamwork. Key Responsibilities * Deliver evidence‑based counseling to clients via telehealth and in‑person. * Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and formulate DSM‑5 diagnoses under supervision. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, track progress, and adjust interventions. * Participate in regular supervisory meetings and peer consultations. * Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and adhere to HIPAA and relevant regulations. * Manage scheduling, billing assistance, and client communication as required. Required Skills * Proficiency in therapeutic interventions for depression and anxiety. * Diagnostic assessment and DSM‑5 application skills. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with clients and team. * Time‑management and organizational abilities in a hybrid setting. * Ethical practice and adherence to professional standards. Required Education & Certifications * Graduate of an approved 60‑credit counseling program. * Provisionally licensed as a Graduate Licensed Professional Counselor (LGPC) in Maryland. * Prior graduate or post‑graduate counseling experience treating depression and anxiety, including independent intake and diagnostic work under a licensed supervisor.
