**Job Title:** Customer Experience Specialist – RAIL (French & English Speaking) **Role Summary:** Provide end‑to‑end account support and high‑quality service for B2B customers across multiple channels, ensuring timely order processing, issue resolution, and overall satisfaction while collaborating closely with sales, account managers, and cross‑functional teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver consistent, professional service across all touchpoints (phone, email, portal). - Foster long‑term customer relationships and drive retention. - Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary customer contact, guiding them through product info, account setup, portal navigation, and non‑technical queries. - Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, claims, returns, and escalations. - Identify and resolve delivery issues, create follow‑up plans, and involve relevant stakeholders. - Utilize Salesforce and JDE to record, share, and manage customer information accurately. - Support commercial growth: coordinate quotations, collect product details, secure approvals, and assist forecast management. - Partner with Key Account Managers to deliver tailored support for Gold and Platinum accounts. **Required Skills:** - Native or professional proficiency in French; professional proficiency in English. - Minimum 3 years of B2B customer service in a production or industrial environment. - Experience with complaints handling and escalation procedures. - Strong knowledge of product lines and their linkage to customer orders. - Proficiency in Salesforce and JDE (or equivalent ERP). - Familiarity with web portals and support tools. - Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solving, and excellent communication skills. - Team player with a positive, customer‑centric mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - No mandatory degree; relevant industry experience preferred. - Knowledge of the rail industry and related product lines considered an asset.
