Job Description
**Job Title** Information Technology Manager **Role Summary** Spearhead the IT operations for a transit organization, ensuring reliable support for Trapeze transit software, desktop/server/network infrastructure, communication systems, and mobile field technology. Oversee local servers, domain controllers, and databases; manage helpdesk, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement projects while maintaining cost efficiency and stakeholder communication. **Expectations** * Deliver all IT services in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Provide timely, high‑quality support for transit‑specific endpoints and communication tools. * Lead cross‑team collaborations with client agencies and internal IT partners. * Plan and execute strategic IT initiatives that align with budgetary and risk parameters. * Maintain comprehensive documentation for all operational procedures and software configurations. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide direction and support for Trapeze reservation software; manage desktop, server, and network environments per SLA. * Repair & maintain desktop, server, and printer hardware; administer Windows 7/10, Windows Server 2012/2016, and Microsoft Office. * Maintain networking infrastructure: T‑1, DSL, fax, VOIP, Cisco switches/routers, and associated backup/disaster recovery setups. * Support mobile data terminals (MDT) and in‑vehicle tablets used in transit operations. * Manage local servers: domain controller, file, application, and SQL Server 2016 database. * Interact with client agencies to provide operational reports and updates; liaise with client IT departments. * Oversee complex IT projects, lead a small IT team, and coordinate with external vendors. * Develop strategic IT plans evaluating cost, benefit, opportunity, and risk of investment options. * Control and minimize IT operating and capital expenditures. * Ensure technical documentation is accurate, current, and securely stored. **Required Skills** * Proven expertise in Trapeze transit software (mandatory). * Strong knowledge of Active Directory, relational databases (MS SQL Server). * Experience managing Windows desktop/server environments (Windows 7/10, Server 2012/2016). * Familiarity with Cisco networking equipment, switch/routing protocols, and basic network troubleshooting. * Capable of configuring and managing backup solutions, disaster recovery plans, and virtualization technologies. * Proficiency with server virtualization, application delivery controllers, and cloud‑computing fundamentals. * Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. * Project management skills: planning, execution, vendor coordination, and budget control. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate – MS Server, Cisco Certified Network Associate – CCNA).

Job title: Regional Talent Development Manager Role Summary: Partner with field and divisional leaders to strengthen the leadership pipeline, enhance manager effectiveness, and implement consistent talent and development initiatives across regional operations. Translate talent data into actionable development plans, oversee individual development and performance improvement processes, and deliver tailored leadership training. Expectations: Deliver measurable improvements in leadership capability and performance; ensure timely execution of development plans and training; provide effective coaching and facilitation; collaborate with HR, recruiting, and operations on talent readiness and performance management. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze Skill‑Will, performance evaluations, 360 feedback, and other talent data to identify development needs for divisional leaders. • Partner with operational leaders to create, execute, and manage Individual Development Plans (IDPs), coordinating learning resources, enrollment, timelines, and completion tracking. • Conduct follow‑up to assess progress against performance and skill objectives. • Design, coordinate, and deliver leadership training (in‑person, virtual, blended) aligned to corporate L&D priorities and regional needs. • Serve as a regional extension of corporate Learning & Development, ensuring consistent execution of programs at the divisional level. • Partner with Regional HR Director to support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). • Work with Recruiting and Operations to evaluate talent readiness for open positions, new work, and bid‑related staffing. • Provide individual CliftonStrengths coaching to all field managers and facilitate team‑based coaching for leadership teams as required. Required Skills: • Strong facilitation and coaching abilities with influence without direct authority. • High emotional intelligence and sound judgment in sensitive talent and performance matters. • Ability to balance strategic insight with operational execution in a fast‑paced, distributed environment. • Excellent communication skills; translate data into clear, actionable insights for leaders. • Familiarity with HRIS, talent systems (e.g., Workday), performance management platforms, 360 tools, and eLearning/blended learning delivery. Required Education & Certifications: • 5‑7 years of progressive experience in talent or leadership development, HR business partnering, or related field with field/operational exposure. • CliftonStrengths certification preferred (or equivalent coaching experience). • Experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
