Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager Scrum Master Role Summary: Lead agile delivery of technical solutions across cross‑functional teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement through innovation, AI, and automation. Expactations: Deliver on time, maintain sprint velocity, adhere to agile best practices, resolve team conflicts, manage stakeholder expectations, and continuously seek process enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑up, Review, Retrospective). - Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing expectations. - Champion continuous integration/continuous delivery practices. - Support QA/UAT activities, BDD/TDD testing environments. - Establish and mentor new Agile teams, ensuring proper planning and organization. - Provide feedback on SOPs for Scrum Masters. - Resolve conflicts between cross‑functional teams and align goals. - Track sprint velocity, map tickets, and execute sprint planning tasks. - Stay current on emerging technologies and AI/automation tools; propose improvements. Required Skills: - Minimum 5 years of agile delivery, project management, or product ownership experience. - Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and modern delivery frameworks. - Proficiency with Jira or equivalent agile work‑management tools. - Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution. - Proven track record of innovation and testing new methods/tools. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, etc.). - Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms is preferred.
