**Job Title** Freelance Account Manager **Role Summary** Serve as the primary client liaison at a creative agency, steering integrated retail and brand activation campaigns. Translate client briefs into actionable deliverables, coordinate studio, production, and design teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed brief. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality outcomes on a tight schedule. - Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders. - Drive profitable growth by identifying upsell opportunities and value‑add initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Act as the day‑to‑day contact for clients, nurturing long‑term relationships. - Interpret and transform retail and activation briefs into clear internal guidance and creative briefs. - Create and manage retail toolkits and activation guidelines. - Collaborate with creative, studio, and production teams to align deliverables. - Track and control project timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring profitable delivery. - Monitor project health and address issues promptly. - Propose account‑expansion strategies and additional commercial opportunities. **Required Skills** - Proven account‑management experience in an integrated, retail or brand activation agency. - Strong understanding of retail activation concepts and toolkit development. - Commercial acumen: budget management, scope definition, and growth identification. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate client needs into clear briefs. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships across teams. - Project‑management proficiency and attention to detail. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Any relevant project‑management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
