Job Description

**Job Title:** Consultant, Implementation **Role Summary:** Accountable for end-to-end delivery of low-complexity client onboarding and implementation engagements, advising clients on platform utilization, and resolving technical issues. Leads workstreams in larger programs, ensuring onboarding quality and alignment with client requirements. **Expectations:** - Own delivery of low-complexity implementations, from onboarding through go-live. - Deliver tailored platform/API demos aligned to client technical maturity and use cases. - Map client requirements to platform capabilities, documenting solution approaches. - Maintain RAID logs, status reports, and decision records to track onboarding progress. - Conduct readiness assessments, produce handover packages, and coordinate issue resolution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead client onboarding processes, including readiness planning, sequencing, and execution. - Advise clients on platform implementation trade-offs and technical/operational requirements. - Facilitate client workshops and decision forums, documenting outcomes for stakeholder alignment. - Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and milestones to meet project goals. - Produce and maintain onboarding artifacts using standardized templates. - Feed post-implementation learnings into process improvements. **Required Skills:** - Experience delivering SaaS/API-based platforms in regulated or enterprise environments. - Hands-on expertise in API demonstrations and technical client training. - Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and client-facing workshop facilitation. - Domain experience in core banking, cards/payments, or financial infrastructure. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degrees (Master’s, Ph.D.) accepted with reduced work experience. - Minimum 7 years in delivery, implementation, consulting, or project leadership roles. - Advanced degrees may reduce required work experience (e.g., Ph.D. accepts 0–3 years experience).
