Job Description
**Job Title** Head of Marketing (Marketing Operations Lead) **Role Summary** Execute the marketing strategy across multiple brands, translating vision into actionable, high‑impact campaigns. Lead a small team, manage day‑to‑day operations, and drive continuous improvement in processes, technology, and performance measurement to achieve revenue and growth objectives. **Expectations** - Deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and meeting agreed KPIs. - Maintain brand consistency across all channels. - Champion data‑driven decision making and ROI accountability. - Foster a collaborative, high‑performance team culture. - Act as a brand and ESG ambassador within the organisation and externally. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with the Director of Marketing to plan and execute integrated campaigns (digital, social, content, events, PR). - Prioritise, schedule, and re‑prioritise projects, balancing long‑term initiatives with urgent tactical needs. - Review, optimise, and automate processes and tools, leveraging AI and marketing automation. - Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and continuous ROI improvement. - Line‑manage, mentor, and develop a small marketing team; coordinate with Creative, Sales, and Product teams. - Monitor performance, conduct weekly reviews, and report on KPIs to inform strategy. - Uphold ESG principles in all marketing activities and leadership practices. **Required Skills** - Strategic and operational marketing leadership. - Integrated campaign development and execution. - Data analysis, KPI tracking, and ROI reporting. - Digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, email, content, events). - Budget management and resource allocation. - Marketing automation, AI tools, and process optimisation. - Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Team leadership and mentoring. - Commitment to ESG compliance and advocacy. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification). - Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certified, HubSpot, Adobe Marketing Cloud, or equivalent) preferred.
