Head of Marketing (Marketing Operations Lead)
**Role Summary**
Execute the marketing strategy across multiple brands, translating vision into actionable, high‑impact campaigns. Lead a small team, manage day‑to‑day operations, and drive continuous improvement in processes, technology, and performance measurement to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and meeting agreed KPIs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Champion data‑driven decision making and ROI accountability.

- Act as a brand and ESG ambassador within the organisation and externally.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with the Director of Marketing to plan and execute integrated campaigns (digital, social, content, events, PR).
- Prioritise, schedule, and re‑prioritise projects, balancing long‑term initiatives with urgent tactical needs.
- Review, optimise, and automate processes and tools, leveraging AI and marketing automation.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and continuous ROI improvement.
- Line‑manage, mentor, and develop a small marketing team; coordinate with Creative, Sales, and Product teams.
- Monitor performance, conduct weekly reviews, and report on KPIs to inform strategy.
- Uphold ESG principles in all marketing activities and leadership practices.
