Workday Integrations Analyst

Job Description

**Job Title:** Workday Integrations Analyst **Role Summary:** Member of a specialist Workday delivery team responsible for designing, building, and supporting integrations that keep Workday as the core system of record. Works closely with HR, IT, Finance, and data engineering to ensure seamless data flow to downstream systems, while adhering to security, compliance, and data‑quality standards. **Expectations:** - Deliver robust Workday integrations using Studio, Cloud Connect, EIB, and Web Services. - Translate business requirements into technical designs and maintain integration documentation. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues promptly. - Prioritize work in Azure DevOps and collaborate with internal and AMS partners as needed. - Ensure all integrations comply with GDPR, internal policies, and security standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain integrations (Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIB, SOAP/REST APIs). - Partner with architects to define inter‑system integration design and orchestration. - Convert functional requirements into integration design proposals. - Monitor ServiceNow alerts, diagnose errors, and perform root‑cause analysis. - Manage work items and backlog in Azure DevOps. - Coordinate with AMS partner for external support. - Configure security groups and enforce compliance requirements. - Utilize calculated fields for data transformation and conditional logic. - Support GDPR and internal policy compliance across integrations. - Contribute to data quality, audit, and risk assessments related to Workday integrations. - Conduct unit testing of integration changes in non‑production tenants. **Required Skills:** - Strong functional and technical knowledge of Workday. - Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, REST and SOAP APIs. - Understanding of HR processes and data management. - Experience with Boomi or comparable middleware platforms. - Excellent problem‑solving, stakeholder communication, and prioritization abilities. - Ability to work in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Workday Integration certification preferred. - Relevant experience with middleware (e.g., Boomi) and API development.
