Job Title: Head of Sales – UGG (UK & Ireland) Role Summary: Lead the long‑term strategic and operational growth of the UGG brand across the UK and Ireland, managing the local sales team, driving market penetration and profitability, and coordinating with EMEA and global stakeholders. Expectations: Deliver quarterly sales targets, forge senior account relationships, execute seasonal forecasts, collaborate on marketing initiatives, mentor the sales team, and support succession planning. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the national sales strategy aligned with brand guidelines. - Manage end‑to‑end sales cycle for non‑strategic accounts: prospecting, negotiating, closing, and renewal. - Oversee production of seasonal product forecasts and monitor inventory/in‑season performance. - Analyze sales data, report on key metrics, and provide insights to Head of Wholesale EMEA. - Partner with the Marketing Manager to ensure strategic marketing plans are implemented on time. - Build and sustain productive relationships with senior business partners, auditors, and internal teams. - Lead, coach, and develop the local sales team, including talent development and succession planning. - Represent the brand positively in all external engagements and cross‑functional initiatives. - Travel within the UK & Ireland as required.
