Job Description
**Job Title** E‑Commerce Specialist (M/F) **Role Summary** Drive the daily operation, performance, and continuous optimization of multi‑regional e‑commerce sites. Work closely with the Digital team, E‑Commerce Manager, CRM, CRO, UX, and supply‑chain partners to deliver a seamless online customer experience, ensure inventory alignment, and implement data‑driven improvements. **Expectations** - Apply curiosity, proactivity, rigor, and strong organizational skills to manage site activities. - Deliver actionable insights from analytics and competitor benchmarking. - Foster teamwork in an international, dynamic environment. - Show ownership of sustainability (RSE) principles in daily tasks. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain and update storefront pages (homepages, product pages, banners, editorial content). - Coordinate product launches, local marketing campaigns, and commercial operations. - Analyze traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and other KPIs; recommend and lead corrective actions. - Monitor stock levels and synchronize online catalog with procurement and logistics. - Conduct regular competitor benchmark analysis to uncover optimization opportunities. - Participate in technical projects per the digital roadmap; collaborate with Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Shopify teams. - Collaborate with CRM, CRO, and UX teams to enhance the customer journey. - Define functional requirements, assist in user‑testing, and propose data‑driven optimizations. **Required Skills** - Proficiency with digital tools: CMS (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify preferred), Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, reporting dashboards. - Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English. - Team‑player mindset with a global perspective. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac +4/5) in e‑commerce, digital marketing, business, or a closely related field. - Minimum of 1 year experience in e‑commerce, preferably within fashion or retail sectors.
