**Job title** Sales Development Representative (SDR) **Role Summary** Act as the first contact for B2B prospects, identifying, qualifying, and generating high‑quality leads for Account Managers to secure corporate event solutions. **Expectations** - Reach and exceed lead conversion benchmarks and revenue targets. - Maintain meticulous CRM data and adhere to process standards. - Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine acquisition strategies. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect inbound and outbound leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events. - Qualify leads through qualification frameworks and CRM (HubSpot). - Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities for Account Managers. - Update and manage lead and opportunity data in HubSpot. - Partner with marketing teams to optimize acquisition campaigns. - Continually improve sales processes and contribute to best‑practice documentation. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B prospecting and cold‑call experience as an SDR. - Strong written and spoken English (professional level). - Excellent communication, questioning, and listening skills. - Persistent, resilient, and result‑oriented mindset. - Structured, detail‑oriented, and organized workflow. - Proficient in using CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher (BAC +3/5) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. - Commercial diploma (BTS Vente) or equivalent. - Relevant sales training or certifications beneficial but not mandatory.
