Job Description
Job Title: Marketing & Communication Project Manager Intern Role Summary: Intern supports the execution of the group’s communication and marketing strategy, managing cross‑functional projects, coordinating content production, and assisting with event planning and reporting. Expectations: Student or recent graduate (Bac +4/5) in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; strong written French and competent English; organized, autonomous, curious, and collaborative; interests in consulting, innovation, AI and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: • Manage marketing and communication projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with corporate objectives. • Lead and monitor corporate campaigns on LinkedIn, website, email, and other digital platforms. • Coordinate content needs across partner firms, including newsletters, internal kits, guides, and HR/MarCom tools. • Maintain and update the MarCom action checklist for events, campaigns, and internal communications. • Draft and co‑draft LinkedIn posts, articles, web content, and sales collateral; review and revise partner firm content. • Support the planning and execution of internal events (group evenings, seminars, school forums) and recruitment forums. • Conduct market, competitor, and AI/consulting innovation monitoring; contribute to monthly MarCom performance reporting. Required Skills: Digital marketing, project coordination, content creation, communication writing, event planning, market intelligence, Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CMS or marketing tools a plus. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline (Bac +4/5).
