**Job Title** Full‑Stack Engineer **Role Summary** Build and scale a construction permitting platform using modern web technologies (React, Tailwind, TypeScript, Vercel, Google Cloud). Own end‑to‑end features, convert complex customer needs into scalable, maintainable solutions, and collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams. **Expectations** - 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience. - Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments. - Strong focus on defining the right problems and delivering durable, scalable product solutions. - Willingness to learn and apply cutting‑edge technologies, especially AI‑driven automation. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of the permitting platform. - Integrate AI tools to process unstructured permitting documents and regulations. - Write clean, well‑tested code, and participate in code reviews and continuous improvement. - Deploy and manage services on Vercel and Google Cloud, ensuring high availability and performance. - Collaborate with designers to create intuitive, user‑centric interfaces. - Translate user feedback and product requirements into actionable technical tasks. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and propose optimizations. **Required Skills** - Proficient in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS for frontend development. - Strong backend skills (Node.js/Express or similar) and experience building RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud) and deployment workflows (Vercel). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit and integration testing. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration abilities. - Comfortable working independently and in cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ---
