Job title: Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex logic, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components, while integrating Salesforce with external systems and optimizing platform configuration for business objectives. Expectations: • Deliver high‑quality, scalable code and configurations that satisfy stakeholder requirements. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Salesforce releases, security, and best practices. • Collaborate cross‑functionally with business analysts, architects, and operations to ensure seamless implementation and adoption. • Provide technical mentorship to internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and code Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs. - Build Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components or Aura components. - Configure and customize objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and Process Builder/Flow. - Design and integrate REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) for data exchange with third‑party applications. - Resolve production defects and conduct performance tuning. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and user guides. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning. - Recommend and implement enhancements aligned with platform releases. Required Skills: - Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura). - Proficiency with declarative tools: Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules. - Experience integrating via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions such as MuleSoft. - Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required). - Salesforce Platform Developer II or additional Salesforce certifications (preferred). - Proven experience as a Salesforce developer, ideally 3+ years.
