Job Description

**Job Title** Salesforce Consultant – Non‑Profit **Role Summary** Design, configure, and support Salesforce solutions for non‑profit organizations. Work closely with delivery teams to deliver projects on time, maintain client relationships, and provide end‑user training. **Expectations** - Deliver projects remotely or in a hybrid London setting. - Own configuration tasks and support day‑to‑day project needs. - Provide training to clients and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on new implementation projects. - Configure Salesforce objects, fields, and flows to meet business requirements. - Maintain project schedules, deliverables, and documentation. - Serve as primary point of contact for client interactions. - Conduct end‑user training and create training materials. - Support post‑go‑live activities and issue resolution. **Required Skills** - Proficient in Salesforce configuration and flow design. - Experience working with non‑profit clients and their specific Salesforce use cases. - Salesforce‑certified (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or higher). - Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management abilities. - Experience delivering user training. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - Current Salesforce certification(s). - Proven track record of Salesforce implementations in the non‑profit sector.
