**Job Title:** Physiotherapist **Role Summary** Provide individualized, evidence‑based 1:1 physiotherapy care to clients, using clinical reasoning to assess, plan, and deliver interventions that improve movement, reduce pain, and support long‑term functional wellness. Act as a proactive point of contact for injury prevention and rehabilitation while collaborating with clinic leadership and multidisciplinary teammates. **Expectations** - Licensed and in good standing with the governing college. - Maintain current liability insurance. - Client‑first approach: cross‑refer appropriately, follow‑up, manage unscheduled outreach, and accommodate client schedules. - Continuous professional growth: seek feedback, participate in mentorship, and engage in ongoing education. - Team contributor: mentor students, participate in clinic events, and collaborate with front‑desk staff to ensure a positive client experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based treatment to every client. - Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized action plans, and adjust care based on progress. - Engage local referral sources and build own caseload. - Participate in structured mentorship, clinical workshops, and educational programs. - Collaborate with Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to determine required support and training for growth. - Promote clinic culture through mentorship, attendance at events, and active participation in team activities. **Required Skills** - Clinical assessment and treatment planning. - Articulate communication with clients and team members. - Proficiency in documentation and electronic health record use. - Time‑management and organizational abilities. - Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous learning. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s). - Current physiotherapy license issued by the relevant provincial/territorial or national college. - Valid liability insurance covering clinical practice.
