**Job Title** Secondaries & Primaries Intern – March 2026 **Role Summary** Internship supporting the investment team in monitoring existing private equity portfolio performance and pricing new secondary and primary transactions. Activities include data gathering, analysis, report creation, and cross‑functional collaboration while adhering to UK regulatory compliance. **Expectations** - Acquire deep knowledge of private equity secondary markets and transaction pricing. - Deliver accurate, timely analytical work and documentation. - Communicate effectively with team members across UK and global offices. - Demonstrate integrity and adherence to individual conduct and regulatory rules. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Monitor ongoing portfolio holdings and track performance metrics. 2. Price and evaluate prospective secondary and primary investment opportunities. 3. Support deal execution by preparing investment memos, financial models, and presentations. 4. Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources. 5. Produce and update regular reports for internal stakeholders. 6. Coordinate with investment, legal, and compliance teams to ensure due diligences are completed. 7. Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation. 8. Assist with ad‑hoc analytical projects and cross‑team initiatives. 9. Ensure full compliance with UK statutory and regulatory requirements and individual conduct rules. **Required Skills** - Strong commercial understanding of private equity markets. - High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Strong teamwork, organizational, and time‑management skills. - Intellectual rigor, discipline, and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or due) from a leading business school or UK university, minimum 2:1 or equivalent. - Prior internship experience in private equity, M&A, structured or leveraged finance, transaction services, or strategy consulting is desirable. - Fluent written and spoken English. - Right to work in the UK (British passport, settled/pre‑settled status, or appropriate visa).
