**Job Title**
SAP Transition Lead
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end transition of a multi‑module SAP landscape—including SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Ariba, and SAP Cloud ALM—into a stable Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) operation. Design and implement a BAU operating model, deliver knowledge transfer, establish governance and SLAs, and manage hyper‑care to ensure minimal disruption and rapid steady‑state performance.
**Expactations**
* Proven experience managing SAP transitions or BAU handover for enterprise systems.
* Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and SAP Cloud ALM.
* Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), vendor management, and operational governance.
* Strong project planning, stakeholder coordination, and documentation skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define and implement the BAU operating model for SF, S/4HANA Finance, Ariba, and SAP Cloud ALM, aligning with ITSM and business objectives.
2. Create and maintain a detailed transition plan with cutover, hyper‑care, and knowledge‑transfer milestones.
3. Design runbooks, playbooks, support procedures, escalation matrices, and SLA definitions for each solution area.
4. Lead comprehensive knowledge‑transfer activities (documentation handover, shadowing, workshops, competency validation).
5. Coordinate with project teams, integrators, infrastructure, security, and application support to ensure production readiness (interfaces, jobs, schedules, authorizations, transports).
6. Implement and configure SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring, alerting, business process observation, test management, and deployment tracking during hyper‑care and ongoing BAU.
7. Manage hyper‑care and stabilization: organize rosters, troubleshoot critical incidents, prioritize fixes, and transition to permanent solutions while meeting SLA targets.
8. Establish governance forums for issue tracking, change control, release cadence, and continuous improvement.
9. Ensure test coverage, cutover rehearsals, and data reconciliation are completed before go‑live.

* Incident/ticket management and escalation coordination
* Stakeholder communication and vendor management
* Process design and continuous improvement
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field.
* SAP certifications: S/4HANA Finance, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and/or SAP Cloud ALM.
* ITIL Foundation (or equivalent) preferred.
* Experience in enterprise SAP environments is mandatory; previous transition or BAU handover experience is required.
