Job Description

**Job title**: Contract Scrum Master **Role Summary**: Facilitate and coach agile teams on enterprise‑grade web‑based projects, ensuring disciplined sprint execution, continuous improvement, and effective stakeholder collaboration. **Expectations**: - Coordinate and lead multiple scrum teams concurrently. - Maintain focus on sprint goals, backlog grooming, and delivery timelines. - Serve as a central communication hub between developers, business analysts, product owners, and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**: - Guide daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Remove impediments and foster a high‑performance team culture. - Manage sprint backlogs, track progress with JIRA or equivalent tools, and report status to stakeholders. - Develop functional specifications and refine acceptance criteria. - Balance project priorities across multiple platforms under tight deadlines. - Support knowledge sharing and agile best‑practice adoption across teams. **Required Skills**: - Proven experience managing and motivating sprint teams in a Scrum framework. - Strong communication skills with ability to lead discussions for both internal teams and external clients. - Proficiency with agile project management tools such as JIRA. - Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while remaining organized under pressure. - Adaptability to fast‑paced, agency‑style environments. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Prince2 Practitioner preferred. - Experience in automotive domain projects is a plus. ---
