Job Title: Senior UiPath Solution Architect
Role Summary:
Lead the design, delivery, and operationalization of scalable UiPath automation solutions. Within the first 6‑12 months, establish a reusable reference architecture, guide production‑grade automations, accelerate time‑to‑value, and set governance standards while mentoring teams to sustain high quality, secure, and compliant automations.
Expectations:
- Deliver an approved, enterprise‑ready UiPath reference architecture within 60‑90 days.
- Guide multiple attended/unattended automations to production with minimal defects by 120 days.
- Reduce development and deployment cycle times through reusable frameworks and streamlined SDLC.
- Serve as technical authority, advising stakeholders on UiPath capabilities and roadmap.
- Enforce coding, governance, DevOps, and compliance standards; ensure consistent adoption.
- Build technical maturity, mentoring developers and junior architects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess current automation landscape, infrastructure, and governance.
2. Design and document a standardized UiPath reference architecture covering Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, environments, security, integrations.
3. Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions.
4. Architect and oversee the delivery of attended and unattended automations from design to production.
5. Introduce reusable components, frameworks, and integration patterns to shorten cycle times.
6. Define and enforce coding standards, review processes, and architectural guardrails.
7. Implement DevOps practices, version control, and environment promotion strategies.
8. Ensure solutions meet audit, security, and compliance requirements.
9. Mentor developers and junior architects; create playbooks and documentation to scale knowledge.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise UiPath solutions (not merely developing bots).
- Deep knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, API integrations, exception handling, and enterprise system design.
- Strong governance mindset: coding standards, code reviews, version control, DevOps, and security compliance.
- Ability to lead technical workshops, translate business outcomes into architecture, and advise senior leadership.
- Mentoring and coaching experience.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- UiPath Solution Architect certification (mandatory).
- Preferred: Experience with UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, intelligent document processing, cloud‑hosted UiPath environments, and establishing or scaling an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
