Deployment Strategist
**Role Summary**
Lead the post‑sale implementation of an agentic AI platform for strategic enterprise customers. Own end‑to‑end deployment lifecycles, coordinate cross‑functional teams, translate business objectives into execution roadmaps, and drive continuous expansion and ROI for the client portfolio.
**Expectations**
- 3–6+ years in management consulting, customer success, program or engagement management within enterprise SaaS or professional services.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi‑stakeholder implementations to go‑live.
- Strong relationship‑building skills across all levels, from operators to VP/C‑suite.
- Analytical mindset with ability to create frameworks, set KPIs, and distill data into clear impact stories.
- Commercial orientation to identify expansion opportunities without overt sales pressure.
- Comfortable collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
- Proactive, action‑oriented, and experienced in establishing playbooks in early‑stage environments.
- (Optional) Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, operations‑heavy domains, or AI/automation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own full implementation lifecycle for a portfolio of customers: planning, kickoff, go‑live, adoption, and scale‑up.
- Act as engagement manager: develop project plans, align stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and drive workstreams across internal and external parties.
- Translate business goals into deployment plans, defining use cases, success metrics, milestones, and roadmap with Deployment Engineers.
- Conduct regular customer touchpoints (stand‑ups, stakeholder syncs, executive readouts) to keep projects on track and surface decisions.
- Execute business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) to highlight ROI, operational impact, and identify expansion paths.
- Provide trusted advisory on workflow redesign and change management, especially in operations‑heavy settings.
- Partner with GTM to identify new workflows, sites, and departments for automation; shape low‑friction expansion proposals.
- Champion customer voice internally, feeding structured insights to Product, Engineering, and Sales.
- Build and codify playbooks, templates, dashboards, checklists, and best practices for repeatable deployments.
- Manage multiple customer programs simultaneously with Deployment Engineers and Account Executives.
**Required Skills**
- Project/program management with cross‑functional coordination.
- Strong communication and facilitation (workshops, executive briefings).

- Relationship management across all organizational tiers.

**Required Education & Certifications**
