Job Description

**Job Title:** Cybersecurity Analyst **Role Summary:** Supports protection of information assets through proactive threat detection, incident management, and implementation of advanced security controls. Acts as security expert to safeguard on-premise and cloud environments. **Expectations:** Proactively identify vulnerabilities; lead incident investigations and remediation; collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate security into projects; enforce security policies and practices. **Key Responsibilities:** Monitor and improve security systems (IAM, SIEM, EDR, firewalls); conduct security incident analysis and coordinate responses; perform vulnerability assessments with corrective actions; develop and implement security policies; maintain awareness of emerging threats; manage internal/external audits; author technical reports and dashboards; mentor teams and support incident response, forensics, and cloud environment security. **Required Skills:** Expertise in security tools (SIEM, EDR, firewalls); proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell); knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, MITRE); incident response and forensic analysis; vulnerability management; collaboration across teams; cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP); cybersecurity strategy and AI security practices. **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity covering networking, IAM, incident response, and cloud security. Preferred certifications: CISSP, CEH, OSCP.
