**Job Title**
Industrialisation Engineer
**Role Summary**
Lead the industrialisation of mechanical components and supplier transfers, ensuring compliance with industry standards, adherence to project milestones, and optimal quality, safety, cost, delivery, and performance (SQCDP). Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver manufacturable, controllable, and maintainable products.
**Expectations**
- Deliver projects on schedule and within quality targets.
- Maintain continuous compliance with GRP, SED, PPAP, FAI, and other industrialisation standards.
- Provide transparent reporting and proactive risk management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Pilot industrialisation or transfer processes following GRP‑0165, GRP‑0225, SED SDS 09 002, and other relevant standards.
- Animate and coordinate the Multi‑Functional Team (Methods, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Technical Experts).
- Ensure product manufacturability, controllability, and maintainability for series production.
- Prepare, validate, and maintain the Industrial Validation Package (PPAP, FAI).
- Monitor project schedules, identify risks, and implement corrective action plans.
- Produce regular status reports (flash, steering committee, OTD/OQD).
- Capture and standardise best practices and lessons learned.
- Manage supplier relations and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in industrial project management (aerospace or mechanical).
- Expertise in industrialisation tools and standards: PPAP, FAI, FMEA, GRP‑0165, GRP‑0225.
- Strong risk management, analysis, and action‑plan development.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication in French and English.
- Leadership ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
- Rigor, organisational skills, autonomy, analytical mindset, and proactivity.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s +5 years (Master/Engineer) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2) preferred.
- Knowledge of EN9100 / ISO 9001 and SSE quality standards.
