**Job Title:** Enterprise Systems Technology & Engineering Fellow
**Role Summary:**
Supports strategic planning, architecture governance, data & analytics, and emerging‑technology evaluation for enterprise‑wide IT solutions. Works collaboratively with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to assess, document, and present technology alignment, gaps, and investment opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Build and maintain MTA‑wide enterprise architecture inventory (systems, data flows, interfaces, standards).
* Analyze business and technical requirements for capital‑program driven projects to ensure alignment with architecture policies.
* Design and develop dashboards, matrices, and visualizations (e.g., PowerBI) illustrating alignment, gaps, risks, and cost‑benefit of technology investments.
* Draft sections of architecture governance deliverables, including policies, standards, and roadmaps.
* Conduct stakeholder outreach (interviews, surveys) to capture architecture needs and priorities.
* Lead pilot‑scale evaluations of emerging or innovative technologies (e.g., cloud migrations, data governance tools).
* Compile findings into concise memos or presentations for senior leadership (architecture lead, IT executive).
* Collaborate with enterprise architects, data analysts, project managers, and other multidisciplinary teams across IT divisions and capital planning units.
**Required Skills:**
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational capabilities and time‑management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex systems and risks.
* Attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality documentation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Enrolled in an undergraduate program (Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Architecture, Information Systems, Enterprise Architecture, or related field) with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
* Must submit official transcript.
* Authorized to work in the United States.
