**Job Title** Sales Development Representative **Role Summary** Drive new business growth by qualifying prospects, building a robust pipeline, and creating opportunities for Account Executives within a fast‑paced global healthtech environment. **Expectations** * Meet or exceed monthly outreach and qualification targets. * Maintain a consistently replenished pipeline and achieve 100 % forecasting accuracy. * Demonstrate deep product knowledge and position Doctify as a thought leader in HealthTech. **Key Responsibilities** * Prospect and qualify leads across multiple verticals using Salesforce and other sales tools. * Initiate outbound sales activities—phone, email, LinkedIn—to secure qualified opportunities for the sales team. * Sustain a high daily activity level, including calls, emails, and follow‑ups. * Collaborate with the Account Executive team to hand off qualified leads and support conversion. * Track, report, and analyze performance against KPIs, adjusting tactics to improve funnel efficiency. * Actively contribute to product feedback and industry insights to refine messaging and positioning. **Required Skills** * Minimum 6 months outbound sales experience or business development outreach (industry‑agnostic). * Strong verbal and written communication; confident on the phone. * Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, with proven resilience in a dynamic, scaling environment. * Proficient with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and other sales productivity tools. * Ability to learn and articulate complex product features quickly. * Adaptability to rapid change and willingness to embrace new strategies. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. * No mandatory certifications; industry experience preferred over formal credentials.
