Senior Marketing and Experience Measurement Analyst
**Role Summary**
Lead data‑driven analysis of marketing and customer experience initiatives to optimize ROI and influence strategic decisions. Own measurement design, statistical modeling, and insights generation across segmentation, attribution, campaign performance, lifecycle, and experimentation, communicating findings to senior leaders and business owners.

- Own end‑to‑end analysis from data procurement to presentation, ensuring quality, rigor, and relevance to business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify analytics opportunities to support brand, marketing, and experience strategy.
- Conduct root‑cause, exploratory, scenario, statistical (regression, segmentation, hypothesis testing) analyses and build economic models to quantify incremental impact on KPIs such as ROAS, ROI, and LTV.
- Design and execute measurement frameworks and experiments (A/B, multivariate) to assess campaign and experience performance.
- Extract, merge, clean, and transform data from multiple sources; define data and business requirements for analytics deliverables.
- Validate logic, outputs, and data quality; drive corrective actions with data and technology teams.
- Craft compelling data narratives, visuals, and reports for senior leadership and business owners.
- Lead the development and communication of KPI benchmarks and performance dashboards.
- Serve as a functional and technical data subject‑matter expert, staying current with industry trends.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced statistical and analytical techniques (regression, segmentation, hypothesis testing, sensitivity analysis).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or equivalent data manipulation and modeling tools.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics (ROAS, ROI, LTV) and marketing attribution models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical insights to business impact.
- Project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Critical thinking, data quality focus, and problem‑solving under ambiguity.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications such as Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or equivalent analytical credential are advantageous.
