Job title: Senior Systems & Infrastructure Integration Engineer (F/M)
Role Summary:
Design, deploy, secure, and maintain complex, highly‑available Windows and Linux infrastructures in a secure, regulated environment. Lead virtualization, identity & access management, networking, and supervision projects while automating deployments and ensuring compliance with industry hardening standards.
Expectations:

- Capacity for independent, meticulous work and rapid adaptation to critical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement virtualized (VMware VCF, vSAN, NSX) and hyper‑converged infrastructures.
- Administer and harden identity & access services (Active Directory, OpenLDAP, ADFS, IAM).
- Deploy, monitor, and secure Windows Server (2016‑2022) and Linux (AlmaLinux/RedHat 8.x) platforms.
- Configure network devices (Cisco Catalyst 9000, Stormshield SNS, VMware NSX).
- Implement network segmentation, firewall policies, BGP, and hardening measures.
- Deploy and manage supervision (WinRM, SNMP, SNMP OIDs), secrets (Vault, Ansible Vault), SIEM, SYS‑updates (WSUS, Linux repos).
- Document technical solutions, procedures, and security plans.
- Automate deployments, configurations, and processes using Ansible, Git, CI/CD pipelines, RPA, and Tosca.
- Collaborate with production, security, and collaboration tool teams (Exchange, Postfix, SharePoint, OpenFire).
Required Skills:
- Identity & Access Management (Active Directory, OpenLDAP, ADFS, IAM).
- System administration – Windows Server 2016‑2022, Windows 10/11, AlmaLinux 8.x, RedHat 8.x.
- Virtualization – VMware vSphere, vCenter, VCF, vSAN, NSX‑T, DVSwitch.
- Network design – Cisco Catalyst 9000 (L3, BGP, hardening), Stormshield SNS, VMware NSX.
- Security – Hardening tools (Ping Castle, CIS Benchmarks), PKI (OpenSSL, Microsoft, third‑party), Firewalls, SIEM.
- Monitoring – WinRM, SNMP, custom API probes, logs.
- Automation – Ansible, Git, CI/CD, Jira, RPA, Tosca.
- Collaboration platforms – Exchange, Postfix, SharePoint, OpenFire, JCHAT.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bac+5 (Engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering).
- Certifications recommended: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP‑DCV), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.
