**Job Title:** Integrated Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Full‑stack marketing leader responsible for end‑to‑end demand generation, content, website, and social media strategy in a fast‑growth B2B SaaS startup. Leverages AI & automation to scale campaigns, nurture leads, and drive qualified pipeline on limited resources.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable demand‑gen results across multi‑channel campaigns within a high‑velocity startup environment.
- Own end‑to‑end marketing workflow, from strategy to execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Partner cross‑functionally with sales, product, and success teams to align go‑to‑market priorities.
- Innovate with AI, GEO tactics, and creative content to increase brand visibility and engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, launch, and optimize demand‑generation campaigns (email, paid, social, direct outreach).
- Manage website/CMS for conversion, SEO, and brand impact; maintain marketing calendar.
- Produce, curate, and distribute high‑quality content—blogs, emails, customer stories, social posts.
- Build & refine marketing‑automation workflows (lead scoring, nurturing, re‑engagement).
- Grow and engage social media presence with data‑driven creative campaigns.
- Employ AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Canva AI, analytics copilots) to scale content creation, testing, and execution.
- Experiment with GEO‑driven tactics (AI‑optimized search, large language model integration).
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and meetups to boost brand presence.
- Analyze performance, iterate, and continuously improve marketing ROI.
**Required Skills:**
- 4–6 years integrated marketing, ideally B2B SaaS; startup experience (<100 employees).
- Proven demand generation, content, website/CMS, and automation expertise.
- AI‑first mindset; proficient with ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Canva AI, and analytics copilots.
- Strong project management, cross‑functional collaboration, and independent execution.
- Strategic creative thinker with advanced digital channel knowledge (SEO, paid, social, email, analytics).
- Proactive, resourceful, adaptable to rapid change and limited resources.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Certification in marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) preferred but not mandatory.
