Job Description
**Job Title:** Vice President, Business Systems Applications **Role Summary** Lead a global Business Systems Analysts team to deliver and optimise application solutions for Wealth Solutions and Credit business units. Drive the full product lifecycle from requirement gathering and design to migration, integration, and after‑hours support, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and operational SLAs. **Expectations** - 10+ years in product ownership/business systems analysis within Asset Management or Insurance. - Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring of cross‑functional teams. - Deep domain knowledge of lifecycle data models for public and private assets and actuarial processes. - Proven track record in modern data orchestration, ETL/ELT, and migration to Snowflake. **Key Responsibilities** - Head and mentor a global Business Systems Analysts team, set priorities, and maintain delivery schedules. - Manage Service Requests and Incidents to meet agreed SLAs; lead root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement. - Own the migration of legacy application integrations to Snowflake, ensuring performant, stable, and scalable designs. - Produce and maintain comprehensive product documentation (solution diagrams, roadmaps, integration maps, data dictionaries, vendor license records). - Collaborate with Architecture, SDLC, ITL, Cyber and tooling teams to ensure solution compliance with standards. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions in partnership with Vice President, Application Engineering. - Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows across multiple data sources; implement data validation, cleansing, and integrity checks. - Deliver robust data validation mechanisms across REST APIs, XML, JSON, CSV, SQL Server, and Snowflake. - Provide after‑hours support for application and integration components. - Communicate solution architecture to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Leadership, communication, collaboration, and mentorship across global teams. - Expertise in Asset Management applications (Aladdin/ADC, Clearwater/LPX, WSO, SS&C PLM, Mercatus, Numerix, TriOptima, Bloomberg AIM, Duco). - Actuarial application proficiency (FinX, AON Pathwise, Moody’s Axis, Milliman MG Alfa). - Product management of application portfolios. - Data orchestration and workflow automation (Workato or equivalent). - Advanced ETL/ELT and data integration concepts, including REST APIs, Python, Snowflake, SQL Server, XML, JSON, CSV. - Applied modern data frameworks (e.g., Medallion Architecture). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field. - (Preferred) Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, Python, ETL tools) are advantageous but not mandatory.
