**Job Title**: HR Business Partner **Role Summary**: Partner with business leaders and people managers to drive performance, development, and engagement. Provide strategic HR guidance, coaching, and solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance a high‑performance culture. **Expectations**: - 3‑5 years of HR business partner, generalist, or HR manager experience, with at least 2 years supporting client groups. - Strong relationship‑building, confidential communication, and influence across cross‑functional teams. - Ability to navigate ambiguity, deliver guidance through change, and use data to inform decisions. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Build trusted relationships with leaders, managers, and employees to advise on all people matters. 2. Partner with client groups, DEI teams, and other People Partners to create an inclusive, accountable culture. 3. Design and execute retention, engagement, and talent development strategies for high‑performers and high‑potential talent. 4. Provide coaching on performance management, talent development, compensation, employee relations, and organizational design. 5. Collaborate with People Center of Excellence teams on company‑wide initiatives. 6. Analyze people metrics to identify root causes and develop short‑ and mid‑term solutions. 7. Innovate and co‑create people‑related solutions that support business goals. **Required Skills** - HR strategy & consulting, performance management, talent development, compensation, employee relations, organizational design. - Strong partnership and influence skills, with a data‑driven decision‑making approach. - Coaching and conflict resolution. - Change management and ability to thrive in ambiguity. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Professional HR credential (e.g., SHRM‑SP, PHR, SPHR) preferred but not mandatory.
