Job Description

**Job Title** DevOps Engineer **Role Summary** Collaborate with the infrastructure team, DevOps, and Technical Director to design, automate, and optimize deployment pipelines and maintenance processes for applications running on‑premises and in the cloud. **Expectations** * Deliver reliable, scalable deployment solutions on schedule. * Maintain high availability, performance, and security of all environments. * Communicate effectively across Dev, Ops, and Cloud teams. * Document processes and technical specifications clearly. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, implement, and maintain automated deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools. - Manage development, test, and production environments (On‑Premise and Cloud). - Support level‑3 incident resolution for internal and client solutions. - Implement security controls and monitoring (alerts, logs) to protect applications, data, and infrastructure. - Monitor performance, diagnose incidents, and drive continuous improvement. - Produce and update technical documentation for clients and internal use. **Required Skills** - Proficient with Linux operating systems (system administration). - Experience with automation tools: Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD. - Skilled in containerization & orchestration: Docker, Podman, Kubernetes. - Scripting languages: PowerShell, Bash, Python. - Familiarity with monitoring tools: Zabbix, CheckMK. - Basic knowledge of security principles and networking. - Ability to work collaboratively and solve complex problems. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Industry certifications preferred: LPIC/Red Hat Certified Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Ansible Automation Certification, Docker Certified Associate.
