Job Description
**Job Title** Graduate Project Manager **Role Summary** Support delivery of projects valued between £1 m and £500 m across public and private sectors. Manage full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to governance, cost controls, risk management, and client stakeholder liaison, while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality services on multiple projects simultaneously. - Meet deadlines, budget targets, and governing standards. - Maintain eligibility for UK Government security clearance. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in preparing tenders and contract documentation. - Ensure internal governance and compliance are upheld. - Support management of construction‑related projects. - Plan works and manage resources to meet deadlines. - Control project costs and track financial performance. - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. - Facilitate progress meetings and document outcomes. - Implement change‑control procedures. - Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams. **Required Skills** - Minimum 2:1 degree in Project Management, Construction, or related field. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Preferred: Microsoft Teams, Project. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Self‑motivated, ethical, and professional. - Team‑oriented, capable of managing multiple deadlines. - Flexibility to travel domestically and overseas. - Full, clean UK driving licence (vehicle access preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - 2:1 or equivalent undergraduate degree in Project Management, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. - No additional certifications required, but chartership support available.
