Act as the primary bridge between qualified prospects and the commercial team to secure new members. **Expectations** - Achieve monthly/quarterly prospecting and conversion targets. - Maintain a high level of professional outreach and follow‑up. - Collaborate remotely with sales and field teams to optimise the pipeline. - Align with mission‑driven values: agility, progress, and positive influence. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Source and qualify target profiles (coaches, consultants, SME leaders). 2. Present mastermind programs, support services, and networking benefits to pre‑qualified prospects. 3.
