**Job Title:** Senior Product Manager **Role Summary:** Drive development of market and product requirement documents for next‑generation solid‑state battery products. Analyze large technical datasets to define performance, safety, and design specifications, and act as the primary liaison among Product, R&D, Engineering, and Business teams to align product roadmap with market needs and company strategy. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (including 4 years product management in lithium‑ion or adjacent energy‑storage fields). - Proven ability to translate complex technical data into clear product specifications and strategic roadmaps. - Strong cross‑functional communication skills; comfortable operating in a fast‑changing, highly collaborative environment. - Demonstrated use of scientific programming (e.g., Python) and statistical analysis for large dataset evaluation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Author and maintain Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) across the portfolio. - Collect, organize, and analyze internal test data, customer feedback, competitive benchmarks, and third‑party sources to define product specifications. - Serve as subject‑matter expert on performance, safety, and qualification requirements for lithium‑ion and next‑generation storage technologies. - Evaluate competing technologies and articulate market positioning. - Facilitate alignment between Product, R&D, Engineering, and Business teams throughout the development lifecycle. - Contribute to and refine the product roadmap, ensuring strategic fit with technology maturity and market opportunities. - Communicate performance updates, milestones, and specifications to stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Scientific programming (Python) and statistical data analysis. - Advanced written and verbal communication across technical and non‑technical audiences. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity. - Knowledge of lithium‑ion technology, performance capabilities, and application‑specific requirements (preferred). - Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems (nice‑to‑have). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Engineering Operations, or a related field (5 + years experience) **or** - Master’s degree in a related field with 3 + years relevant experience. - No specific certifications mandated.
