**Job Title:** Client Services Manager – US **Role Summary:** Serve as the primary point of contact for Global Expansion’s Employer of Record (EOR) clients in the United States, delivering high‑touch, white‑glove service. Manage onboarding, ongoing service, and off‑boarding processes, ensure SLA compliance, and drive client satisfaction, retention, and expansion through proactive relationship management and strategic consulting. **Expectations:** - Build and maintain long‑term client relationships aligned with business objectives. - Meet or exceed defined SLA targets for response and resolution times. - Identify and act on upsell/expansion opportunities in partnership with sales. - Provide accurate reporting and insight on service performance. - Stay current on global employment regulations and industry trends to advise clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead onboarding of new clients, delivering presentations and guiding them through established processes. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Onboarding, Ongoing Service, Off‑boarding) to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery. - Conduct regular client check‑ins, quarterly business reviews, and performance reporting (e.g., employee satisfaction, timeline metrics). - Manage client communications, translating needs to internal stakeholders and vice versa. - Proactively resolve issues, escalating when necessary and tracking resolutions against SLAs. - Analyze client feedback and interaction data to recommend process improvements. - Collaborate with Sales to identify and convert service expansion opportunities; track expansion metrics. - Provide strategic consultation on future hiring plans and scalability through EOR solutions. **Required Skills:** - Strong client‑relationship and account‑management expertise (3‑5+ years). - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to senior stakeholders. - Proven ability to manage multiple internal teams and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and process enhancements. - Solid understanding of global employment compliance, onboarding, and off‑boarding practices. - Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools; comfortable preparing performance dashboards. - High level of professionalism, problem‑solving orientation, and customer‑centric attitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, or similar) are a plus but not mandatory.
