**Job title** Associate Business Analyst – Client Success **Role Summary** Entry‑level analyst supporting the Global Client Success team. Provides technical configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation for Equus Workforce Solutions, ensuring client needs are met and products are deployed successfully. **Expectations** - Quickly understand client technical requirements and translate them into actionable tasks. - Maintain high accuracy in documentation and communication. - Demonstrate self‑direction while collaborating with senior analysts and cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Resolve client technical issues, escalating as necessary for resolution. - Capture detailed meeting minutes, technical specifications, and client build requirements. - Conduct requirement analysis, configuration, and user acceptance testing; write and execute test plans and test cases. - Participate in client webinars, conferences, demos, and internal presentations. - Support live chat rotation and other client service initiatives. - Attend team stand‑ups and client working sessions. - Continuously research global mobility and software industry trends to inform solutions. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset. - Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of interacting with all levels. - Time and priority management; able to meet multiple deadlines. - Team player with positive attitude. - Basic technical background: understanding of software development or web technologies. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred. - Experience using Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Click‑Through). - Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - No additional certifications required; knowledge of ROI, workplace technology, or related fields is a plus.
