**Job Title:** Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) – Medical Software
**Role Summary:**
Join the Clinic crew to build and scale Alan’s telemedicine platform, delivering a real‑time, member‑centric experience across web, mobile, and back‑end services. You’ll design, develop, and maintain the core platform that connects patients with diverse health professionals, ensuring performance, security, and regulatory compliance at scale.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality member‑facing products at scale.
- Work fluently in TypeScript and Python within a cross‑platform environment.
- Apply Object‑Oriented Programming skills across Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#.
- Continuously grow technically and lead initiatives that shape product direction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor peers, and influence architecture.
- Communicate effectively in English.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, implement, and maintain member experience front‑end (web and React‑Native mobile).
- Build and evolve the operations stack that powers health professionals’ workflows.
- Develop underlying platform services that enable proactive preventive care.
- Integrate AI components to personalize member interactions and support clinicians.
- Ensure platform security and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Participate in code review, knowledge sharing, and mentorship of junior engineers.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
- Experience with modern web technologies (React, Node.js, REST/GraphQL).
- Mobile development expertise, preferably React Native.
- Object‑Oriented design and coding in Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of secure software practices and data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, or relevant security/architecture credentials are a plus.
