Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) – Claims Management
**Role Summary**
Develop and operate the end‑to‑end claims management platform that refunds €350M+ in healthcare expenses for members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Work in cross‑functional product crews (document processing, claims experience, payments, fraud fighting) to deliver fast, accurate, and cost‑effective services.
**Expectations**
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven ability to ship reliable, 24/7 web applications at scale.
- Comfortable working with TypeScript/React and Python/Flask in a monorepo environment.
- Strong object‑oriented programming skills (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#).
- Business‑oriented mindset: understands conversion funnels, metrics, and growth drivers.
- Self‑starter, collaborative, English‑proficient, and eager to learn.
- Interest in healthcare technology and AI‑driven scalability.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and maintain front‑end features using React and TypeScript.
- Build and evolve back‑end services (Python/Flask) handling claim intake, payment processing, and fraud detection.
- Integrate AI/LLM pipelines for document parsing and improve automation rates.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and data integrity of claim workflows across multiple countries.
- Own the full product lifecycle: from requirements gathering, through testing, to daily deployments.
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, and operations teams to deliver a seamless member experience.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and monitoring to maintain code quality and system reliability.
**Required Skills**
- TypeScript & React (modern web stack).
- Python & Flask (RESTful APIs).
- PostgreSQL and SQL proficiency.
- Object‑Oriented Programming (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#).
