Drive strategic partnership development, craft tailored B2B and B2B‑to‑C solutions, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver compelling commercial proposals. **Expectations** - Secure new contracts within the automotive sector in France and across European/Global markets. - Build and nurture long‑term relationships with major partners (brokers, OEMs, distributors, fintechs). - Translate product strategy and market intelligence into winning offers. - Maintain high quality, compliant, and persuasive commercial proposals. - Operate confidently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with minimal supervision. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Identify, engage, and close new key‑account partnerships. 2. Design, develop, and present customized offers (B2B, B2B‑to‑C). 3. Collaborate with product, legal, actuarial, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and regulatory compliance. 4. Coordinate proposal creation, ensuring relevance, clarity, and quality. 5. Execute market and competitive intelligence activities. 6. Align with global teams to leverage shared resources and best practices. 7. Deliver customer‑centric solutions that enhance end‑user satisfaction. 8. Monitor and report on partnership performance against targets. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B/B2B‑to‑C partnership development, preferably in affinity insurance or automotive services. - Expertise in complex sales cycles and stakeholder management. - Strong networking, negotiation, and influence capabilities. - Demonstrated initiative, analytical thinking, and resilient under stress. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French optional but advantageous. - Collaborative mindset and cross‑functional coordination. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Master’s level degree (BAC +5). - At least 5 years of progressive experience in partnership development within the insurance or automotive sector. - Professional certifications in sales, insurance, or project management are a plus.
