Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience Intern (Apprenticeship) Role Summary: A full-cycle talent acquisition apprentice working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract, screen, onboard, and develop candidates. The role focuses on recruiting internships/alternances, coordinating administrative processes, enhancing candidate experience, building talent pipelines, and supporting employer branding and ATS implementation. Expectations: - Enthusiastic about human resources and talent development. - Proactive, organized, and able to work independently. - Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of HR initiatives. - Strong communication skills and sensitivity to candidate needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Administrative Coordination • Draft and post internship/alternance job ads (occasionally permanent roles). • Source, pre‑screen, and schedule interviews. • Maintain continuous contact with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring cycle. • Coordinate documentation and IT support for onboarding. 2. Candidate Journey Management • Contribute to designing engaging applicant pathways and onboarding programs. • Organize integration sessions, mid‑cycle check‑ins, and off‑boarding. • Gather and analyze feedback to improve candidate experience. 3. Talent Pipeline & Alumni Relations • Build and nurture a pipeline of promising profiles. • Sustain relationships with former interns/alternates for future opportunities. 4. Cross‑Functional Projects • Collaborate on school partnerships, employer‑brand content, campaigns, and events. • Assist in deploying and optimizing the ATS (Teamtailor): process structuring, automation, and data monitoring. **Job title** Junior HR Development Internship **Role Summary** Provide operational support to the HR Director during a 6‑month internship.
