Job title: Risk and Market Support Summer (STAR) Intern Role Summary: Data analytics intern supporting the Residual Risk & Market Support team to deliver financial reporting, performance analysis, and data‑driven insights for sales incentives and remarketing. Focus on automating reports, building predictive models, and enhancing reporting infrastructure. Expectations: - Complete tasks over an 8.5‑week summer internship, working 4 days per week. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve data processes and reporting quality. - Demonstrate strong analytical, programming, and communication skills in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Automate the creation and delivery of core reports and KPIs. - Develop and maintain an AWS‑based reporting environment. - Build regression‑based prediction models for new vehicle sales and transaction prices using macroeconomic, market, and incentive data. - Draft and refine process descriptions and work instructions. - Automate audit and compliance tasks. - Perform additional business‑unit related duties as required.
