Job title: Graduate IT Systems Analyst Role Summary: Entry‑level analyst supporting enterprise systems, focusing on ERP, SQL, reporting and manufacturing processes to drive operational efficiency. Expactations: Apply foundational IT knowledge to real‑world problems; collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements; rapidly acquire expertise in ERP, SQL, reporting and manufacturing systems; deliver solutions that enhance system functionality and user productivity. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of ERP modules. • Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports and dashboards for production data. • Gather requirements, perform gap analysis and recommend enhancements. • Participate in cross‑functional projects to optimize manufacturing workflows. • Support end‑user training and documentation. Required Skills: • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Competency in SQL and data manipulation. • Understanding of ERP concepts and manufacturing operations. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Self‑motivated learner able to adapt to new technologies. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field. • No mandatory certifications; knowledge of ITIL, SAP, Oracle or similar is an advantage.
