**Job Title:** Executive Assistant
**Role Summary**
Provide high‑level strategic support to sales leadership and other senior executives, managing complex calendars, travel logistics, meeting preparation, expense reporting, and various projects in a fast‑paced, high‑performance setting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and prioritize sales leaders’ calendars, optimizing productivity, urgency, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries and high‑profile events for sales leadership.
- Act as a gatekeeper: screen, triage, and prioritize communications for executives and their direct reports.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Prepare support materials for meetings and conferences (slide decks, briefing packs, etc.).
- Submit expense reports and handle purchase requisitions in compliance with corporate policies.
- Design and implement office procedures as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze internal processes, recommend, and implement improvements.
- Partner with Human Resources on employee experience projects and programs.
- Lead special projects and ad‑hoc assignments as requested.
**Required Skills**
- 8+ years experience as an Executive Assistant; 5+ years supporting sales executives (preferred).
- Proven calendar management, meeting organization, and complex travel coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Zoom, and Slack.
- Excellent written and verbal communication: strategic, professional, creative, and succinct.
- Strong prioritization, multitasking, and solution‑oriented mindset under tight deadlines.
- High level of maturity, discretion, confidentiality, and judgment.
- Collaborative ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in a biotech or life‑science environment preferred.
