Job Title: Sales Manager, Business Development Role Summary: Lead and coach a high‑volume inside sales team of Pre‑Approval Advisors, driving every stage from lead intake to loan advisor handoff in a fast‑paced, data‑driven mortgage environment. Expectations: - Manage daily sales execution, including calls, texts, and pipeline stewardship. - Own funnel performance and continuously improve conversion metrics. - Provide regular 1:1 coaching, call reviews, and actionable feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Hire, onboard, and scale a team of Pre‑Approval Advisors. - Conduct daily performance coaching and data‑driven gap analysis. - Collaborate with sales leadership and cross‑functional partners to enhance customer experience and conversion rates. - Own end‑to‑end lead funnel and ensure seamless transition to loan advisors. - Maintain availability via Slack for intermittent weekend/evening support. Required Skills: - 1+ year managing inside‑sales or BDR/SDR teams (or 2+ years as Team Lead). - Proficiency with sales tech stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, Sigma/Tableau, Slack/Teams, Gong/Avoma, Zoom Phone. - Comfortable using call‑center tools (Twilio Flex, Zoom Contact Center, RingCentral, Five9). - Strong coaching record tied to metrics and outcomes. - Excellent communication and actionable feedback skills. - Growth mindset and continuous learning.
