**Job title** Consulting Analyst – Private Equity Services **Role Summary** Support financial sponsors in the built‑environment sector by conducting market research, operational and commercial due diligence, and sell‑side market studies. Deliver data‑driven insights through rigorous analysis, modeling, and clear client communication. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, actionable research and recommendations to senior team members and clients. - Work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. - Build expertise in industry trends, financial modeling, and consulting best practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Perform comprehensive primary and secondary market research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior. - Build and apply analytical frameworks and financial models to evaluate market opportunities and risks. - Analyze complex data sets, synthesize findings, and produce concise reports and PowerPoint presentations for clients. - Partner with senior consultants to develop research methodologies tailored to each transaction. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of built‑environment industry dynamics and private‑equity strategy. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; adept at interpreting complex data. - Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present findings clearly. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines. - Independent and collaborative teamwork skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. - Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) considered a plus. - Prior internship or work experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, or related fields, with demonstrated market‑research expertise.
