Job Description
**Job Title** Warehouse Operations Personnel **Role Summary** Dynamic warehouse team members responsible for handling materials, operating folding & insertion machines, and managing inbound/outbound shipments. Roles demand precision, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work across shifts in a fast‑paced environment. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑volume production or shipping targets while maintaining accuracy and safety. - Adapt to varying shift schedules and overtime as required. - Collaborate with teammates, supervisors, and external carriers. **Key Responsibilities** *Materials Handling* - Load, unload, and organise inventory, ensuring proper storage and access. - Track and maintain records of material flow. *Insert Operator* - Set up, operate, and maintain folding/insertion machines for invoices and statements. - Perform quality checks, document insertion accuracy, and prepare jobs for delivery. - Conduct routine maintenance, report malfunctions, and adhere to SOPs & QA procedures. *Shipper/Receiver* - Process paperwork, file shipping documents, and manage schedules for deliveries. - Inspect incoming/outgoing goods, resolve discrepancies, and maintain cleanliness. - Operate forklifts (certification provided) and make deliveries using company vehicles. **Required Skills** - Mechanical aptitude for machine maintenance and troubleshooting. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high‑volume production. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. - Effective communication and teamwork. - Physical stamina for prolonged standing, lifting moderate‑weight boxes, and operating machinery. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). - Forklift certification (training provided). - No additional certifications required, though prior warehouse or machine‑operation experience is advantageous.
