**Job Title:** Building Agency Director (Male/Female) **Role Summary:** Lead and manage all aspects of a mid-sized interior renovation firm’s agency, overseeing a team of six specialists, ensuring high‑quality project delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, driving commercial growth, and managing financial performance as a self‑contained profit centre. **Expectations:** - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest craftsmanship standards. - Foster a collaborative, quality‑focused culture among field staff. - Expand and nurture professional networks (architects, designers, suppliers). - Provide accurate, data‑driven reports to senior management on profitability and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Project Oversight** – Monitor ongoing renovation projects: quality control, schedule adherence, cost management, and client communication; provide technical support to teams when required. 2. **Team Management** – Supervise a workforce of six skilled tradespeople; create and maintain work schedules, facilitate skills development, and promote collective performance aligning with company values. 3. **Business Development** – Maintain active relationships with existing partners, identify new market opportunities in premium renovation, and increase local brand visibility. 4. **Financial Management** – Track key profitability metrics per project, handle quotations, invoicing, margin calculations, and collaborate with shared administrative services. 5. **Reporting** – Compile and present monthly performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievement of qualitative and financial targets. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in managing interior renovation (second‑work) projects. - Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost analysis, profitability measurement. - Leadership and team‑building ability. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Analytical mindset for planning, forecasting, and problem‑resolution. - Proficient in project management software and standard office tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. - Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or construction quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) preferred. ---
