**Job Title**
Junior Digital Transformation Consultant (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Support clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate across business and IT functions to develop strategies, roadmap, and operate projects such as ERP, CRM, BI, and digital solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Digital Strategy & IT Architecture** – Define transformation plans, align IT with business strategy, create roadmaps, and build business cases.
2. **IT Functional Transformation** – Design IT organization models, sourcing strategies, cost‑reduction plans, and assess maturity of IT processes.
3. **IT Due Diligence** – Develop integration plans, separation scenarios, and target operating model descriptions.
4. **Program Management** – Lead PMO activities for ERP, CRM, BI, and digital projects; write specifications, consult vendors, manage project schedules, and track deliverables.
5. **Change Management & Functional Support** – Drive change initiatives, support transition activities, and ensure end‑user adoption.
6. **Business Development Support** – Participate in internal events, conduct benchmarks, produce pitches, and contribute to commercial offers.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor/Master (Bac+4/5) in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering with a focus on Information Systems.
- Prior internship, apprenticeship, or entry‑level experience in consulting or corporate IT in a relevant domain.
- Certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Scrum) are advantageous but not mandatory.
