Job Description: **Job Title:** Account Manager Intensive Care **Role Summary:** Manage key accounts in ICU departments, providing high-quality service and support while driving business growth and enhancing patient care through collaboration with healthcare professionals. **Expectations:** - Proactive and solution-oriented with a strong "can-do" attitude. - Highly customer-focused, professional, and relationship-driven. - Flexible and resilient under pressure; results-oriented. - Curious, self-aware, and committed to continuous learning. - Passionate about healthcare, particularly intensive and respiratory care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute Key Account plans for ICU product portfolios across hospitals. - Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product needs align with clinical outcomes. - Manage contracts, negotiate terms, and maintain strong relationships with ICU/ENT departments. - Identify and engage hospital decision-makers to expand product adoption. - Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and clinical advancements. - Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on ICU/respiratory solutions. - Monitor and improve patient care outcomes through product optimization. **Required Skills:** - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. - Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking. - Ability to work independently and within collaborative teams. - Clinical understanding of ICU workflows and respiratory care. - Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered. - Minimum 2+ years of ICU clinical experience (nursing) or commercial healthcare sales. - No specific certifications required, but product-specific training in respiratory/ICU technologies is advantageous.
