**Job Title**
SAP FI‑CO Project Manager (Project Lead)
**Role Summary**
Lead SAP FI/CO projects across finance, treasury, and controlling domains. Drive end‑to‑end project delivery, from requirement elicitation and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure functional excellence and continuous improvement of SAP processes.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years of SAP project management experience in finance or related modules.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct workshops with business units to capture, prioritize, and document functional requirements.
- Design process flows, business rules, interfaces, and application enhancements.
- Produce functional specifications and technical specifications.
- Evaluate feasibility, impact, and cost of proposed changes.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Oversee development, testing, deployment, and post‑production phases.
- Partner with change management to deliver end‑user training and support.
- Provide ongoing user support, application maintenance, and issue escalation.
- Track project progress (milestones, blockers, budget) using PMO tools.
- Backup and maintain knowledge of related SAP modules (SD, MM).
- Stay current on SAP technology trends and propose strategic enhancements.
**Required Skills**
- SAP FI/CO functional expertise; familiarity with SD, MM, and retail modules.
- SAP HANA / S/4 HANA migration experience preferred.
- Proficient in VAT, fixed assets, FEC, DEB, LSMW.
- Strong project management framework knowledge (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication.
- Analytical thinking with strong documentation skills.
- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- SAP FI/CO certification (or equivalent) mandatory.
- Additional certifications (SAP MM/SD, SAP HANA, PMP, PRINCE2) considered an advantage.
