Job Description

**Job title** Data and Analytics Intern (Fall Semester; Hybrid) **Role Summary** Part‑time internship focused on data governance, data quality, and analytics. Interns will work through the data lifecycle, build governed Power BI visualizations for a real KPI, and support AI readiness and ethical deployment initiatives within a data‑driven organization. **Expactations** • Work up to 17 hours per week, typically Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays. • Hybrid model: in‑person at headquarters, with remote availability as needed. **Key Responsibilities** - Explore end‑to‑end data lifecycle from ingestion to insight within a governed framework. - Develop and maintain a governed Power BI dashboard aligned with a business KPI. - Apply data governance, quality, and metadata principles to ensure reliable data assets. - Collaborate with data teams to support AI readiness, governance, and ethical AI initiatives. - Perform additional tasks as directed, demonstrating alignment with organizational values. **Required Skills** Technical: - Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Atlan, Git, DBT, Snowflake, OpenAI, Python. - Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata concepts.
